The age four to five session starts at 5:30pm (until 6.00pm) and the evenings are based on fun and enjoyment for the children as well as learning some key fundamental skills such as balancing and catching.

Our next session starts at 6:00pm (until 6.45pm), for children aged six to eight, and, finally, 6.45pm (until 7.30pm) for children aged from nine to eleven.

There are no requirements to join the Academy and no experience in the sport is required.

This is an opportunity for children to learn new skills, meet new people and make new friends!

Designed and endorsed by the Rugby Football League, the game’s governing body, ‘Embed the Pathway’ aims to increase the number of quality rugby league players aged between 12 and 14 by providing them a pathway from amateur rugby to Super League and beyond - through the support and development of school teachers and community coaches.

The programme brings coach education, inclusive player profiling and professional coaching sessions into a unique scheme to develop a higher number of quality young players. This is achieved by enabling all players who have access to the sport through their school or community club to connect with the program.
