Featherstone Rovers have launched a brand new Centenary Squad Builder initiative.
The club have created this scheme to enable fans of the club to support the growth of the club beyond their usual ticket purchases and help provide the club with further opportunity to recruit players or purchase vital equipment for player development and recovery for 2020 and beyond.
The Squad Builder will have complete transparency with members who pledge their money to the scheme able to find out what money is being spend on and what is currently available to the club from the initiative.
A successful launch of the initiative took place at the recent Fans Forum with fans in attendance meeting the news with a positive response with a number of people quickly signing up.
Special events for members will be held by the club as a thank you for their kind a generous support.
The club has targeted to have 200 members by the end of 2019 which would mean with every member paying £10 a month that the club would raise an additional £24,000.
To join the Squad Builder, all fans have to do is fill out a form which they can get from the ground either from Reception or our Retail Store through the week or on gameday, or alternatively fans can download and print off the form below and hand it fully completed into the club.
Football Manger Steve Gill: “Squad Builder is a fantastic initiative that will help the club immensely. It will be fully transparent and also 100% of the proceeds will help the club in recruitment and all other squad requirements that Ryan (Carr) might need. We had a great launch night and quite a few people signed up on the night, with lots more taking the forms home to fill in. This is a great opportunity to be part of the Squad Builder momentum , and also enjoy many of the events that are planned.”
