RESERVES SET FOR ENGLAND STUDENTS CLASH

Paul March's reserve side will face England Universities looking to bounce back after their defeat to their Keighley Cougars counterparts a couple of weeks ago.

The game will kick-off at 7:30pm, here at the LD Nutrition Stadium tomorrow night (Wednesday) and we want as many Rovers fans down as possible to support the lads as March issues a rallying call to his players, who have had an inconsistent season to date.

March said: "We set standards against Wakefield Trinity and Hull FC and we were well below that last week, so Wednesday is good opportunity for the boys to get back on the field after the loss against Keighley right some of those wrongs. We are all looking forward to welcoming all players and staff from England Universities to Featherstone Rovers and I hope the supporters come out and watch the young talent on show from both sides".

England Universities sit top of the RFL Presidents Cup league table after brushing aside Great Britain Police, with tries from Daniel Munt, Lee Registe and Alex Smith. Lewis Ainley bagged a consolation effort for the police side but wasn't to be.

Entry for the game is £3 for adults, with children going free.
