DANIEL Igbinedion arrived at the LD Nutrition Stadium in June, following a short spell with Super League side Castleford Tigers.
The London-born front-rower began life as a rugby league with the Broncos, prior to making the short move to League 1 Oxford.
The towering prop attracted the attention of former Featherstone boss Daryl Powell, now Castleford’s head coach, during him time with the Blues.
And Igbinedion subsequently joined the Tigers prior to the start of the 2017 season.
He agreed to leave the club mid-way through the season, following a loan spell with Dewsbury Rams, in a bid to enjoy greater game-time.
He debuted for the Rovers in their 32-14 July victory over Oldham, at Bower Fold.
